At Exporado, we respect and value your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you interact with our services, particularly when submitting inquiries to import products from our clients. By accessing or using our website and services, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Exporado! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services. By engaging with Exporado, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Definitions

For clarity, the following terms are defined:

  • Company – Exporado, the service provider.

  • Client – Any business or individual engaging Exporado’s services.

  • Services – Solutions provided by Exporado, including Digital Upgradation, Lead Generation, International Sales Assistance, and Export Management.

  • Export Buddy – A dedicated Exporado representative assisting clients.

  • Resource – Any Exporado team member executing project tasks, including:

    • Export Buddy – Client liaison for export support.

    • International Sales Executive – Handles global client negotiations.

    • Web Developer – Responsible for website & digital setup.

    • Digital Marketer – Manages digital ads & lead generation.

    • Export Manager – Oversees logistics, documentation, and compliance.

3. Services Offered

3.1 Digital Upgradation

  • Website & social media setup.

  • SEO & online marketing campaigns for global reach.

3.2 Lead Generation

  • HS code-based market research.

  • Targeted ad campaigns to generate high-quality leads.

3.3 International Sales Assistance

  • Lead verification & qualification.

  • Direct international sales support.

3.4 Export Management

  • Documentation, logistics, and compliance assistance.

  • Buyer verification and fraud prevention.

4. User Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate business details, product descriptions, and HS codes for precise targeting.

  • Respond to leads in a timely manner to maximize conversions.

  • Ensure compliance with all export/import regulations applicable in the target market.

  • Not share or resell leads generated by Exporado.

  • Make payments on time as per the agreed Sales Order.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in service suspension or termination.

5. Payment Terms & Billing Process

5.1 Subscription & Billing

  • Payment options: Monthly / Quarterly / Semi-Annual / Annual (as per the agreed Sales Order).

  • All subscriptions are Annual by default, unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments must be made in advance for the selected period.

5.2 Payment Process

  • Sales Order Generation – A Sales Order is created upon agreement on services and pricing.

  • Retainer Invoice – Issued with a payment link and bank details.

  • Payment Slip/Receipt – Provided upon initiation of payment.

  • Tax Invoice – Generated upon successful transaction for tax purposes.

  • A fresh invoice is generated at each billing cycle. Payment must be completed within 3 days of the Invoice Date unless stated otherwise.

5.3 Upgrades & Downgrades

  • Clients may upgrade or downgrade services with 30 days’ prior notice.

  • A new Sales Order is generated, but the subscription period remains unchanged (continuing from the original Sales Order).

5.4 Cancellation Policy

  • Clients must provide 30 days' notice before canceling their subscription.

  • Failure to provide notice will result in no handover of digital assets (website, social media, etc.).

  • Exporado reserves the right to take legal action for unpaid dues.

5.5 GST & Additional Charges

  • GST will be extra (when applicable).

  • Any additional services requested mid-subscription will be invoiced separately.

6. Lead Generation & Confidentiality

  • Leads are shared weekly via reports.

  • Exporado does not guarantee conversions—only lead generation and facilitation.

  • Client-specific leads are not shared between competitors to maintain confidentiality.

7. Limitations of Liability

  • Exporado is not liable for unsuccessful sales as final conversions depend on the client.

  • Exporado is not responsible for non-payment by international buyers.

  • Exporado is not accountable for logistics failures if managed externally.

8. Termination of Services

  • Exporado may terminate services immediately if:

  • The client engages in fraudulent or illegal trade.

  • The client fails to make timely payments.

  • The client violates confidentiality agreements.

9. Data Privacy & Security

  • Exporado ensures confidentiality of client data.
    We comply with Indian Data Protection Laws & GDPR (for EU clients).

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  • Disputes must first be resolved through mutual discussion.
    If unresolved, disputes will be handled under Indian jurisdiction (Faridabad, Haryana).

11. Modifications to Terms & Conditions

  • Exporado may update these terms at any time, with prior notice for significant changes.
