Responsibilities: The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads and closing sales deals through phone and online channels.
This role involves conducting sales calls, managing leads, and providing excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
Generating leads through phone and online channels, including cold calling and email campaigns.
Conducting sales calls and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Negotiating sales terms and closing sales deals.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment with overall business strategies.
Managing leads and sales records to ensure they are accurate and up-to-date.
Providing excellent customer service and resolving client issues.
Preparing sales reports and providing regular updates to the Sales Manager.
Staying up-to-date with the latest inside sales trends and best practices.
The Inside Sales Representative will work closely with the Sales Manager and other team members to ensure that inside sales activities are well-managed and aligned with the company’s overall goals.
