Responsibilities: The Training and Development Specialist is responsible for managing the company’s training and development activities and ensuring that employees have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.

This role involves developing training programs, conducting training sessions, and collaborating with other departments to identify training needs.


Key responsibilities include: 

  1. Managing the company’s training and development activities and ensuring that employees have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.

  2. Developing and implementing training programs to meet business needs.

  3. Conducting training sessions and workshops for employees.

  4. Collaborating with other departments to identify training needs.

  5. Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making improvements as needed.

  6. Providing regular training reports to the HR Manager.

  7. Staying up-to-date with the latest training and development trends and best practices. 

  8. Providing support to the HR Manager and other team members.

The Training and Development Specialist will work closely with the HR Manager and other team members to ensure that the company’s training and development activities are well-managed and aligned with its overall goals.
