Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
Conducting interviews and assessing candidates’ qualifications.
Collaborating with other departments to meet hiring needs.
Managing the recruitment process and ensuring that it is efficient and effective.
Providing regular recruitment reports to the HR Manager.
Staying up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices.
Providing support to the HR Manager and other team members.
The Recruitment Specialist will work closely with the HR Manager and other team members to ensure that the company’s recruitment activities are well-managed and aligned with its overall goals.
