Production Supervisor

Reporting to: Operations Manager. 

Responsibilities: The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the production team and ensuring that production goals are met. 

This role involves managing the production floor, coordinating production activities, and ensuring that products are produced on time and to the required quality standards. 

Key responsibilities include:

1. Supervising the production team and ensuring that they meet their goals.

2. Coordinating production activities and ensuring that production schedules are met.

3. Monitoring production processes and identifying areas for improvement.

4. Ensuring that products are produced to the required quality standards.

5. Collaborating with other departments to resolve production issues.

6. Training and developing production team members.

7. Maintaining production documentation and records.

8. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. 

The Production Supervisor will work closely with the Operations Manager and other team members to ensure that the company’s production processes run smoothly and efficiently.
