Responsibilities: The Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing the company’s payroll activities and ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time. 

This role involves processing payroll, managing payroll records, and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations. 


Key responsibilities include: 

  1. Processing payroll and ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time. 

  2. Managing payroll records and ensuring that they are accurate and up-to-date.

  3. Ensuring compliance with payroll regulations and standards.

  4. Collaborating with other departments to ensure that payroll efforts align with overall business strategies. 

  5. Conducting payroll audits and reconciling discrepancies. 

  6. Staying up-to-date with the latest payroll trends and best practices. 

  7. Providing support to the Finance Manager and other team members.

The Payroll Specialist will work closely with the Finance Manager and other team members to ensure that the company’s payroll activities are well-managed and aligned with its overall goals.
