Operations Manager

Reporting to: COO.

Responsibilities: The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the production of goods and services. This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently. 

Key responsibilities include:

1. Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.

2. Managing supply chain activities, including procurement, production, and distribution.

3. Overseeing the daily operations of the production floor.

4. Ensuring that production meets quality standards and is completed on time.

5. Analyzing operational performance and identifying areas for improvement.

6. Coordinating with other departments to ensure that production goals are met.

7. Managing and developing a team of operations staff.

8. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

9. Developing and managing operational budgets.

The Operations Manager will work closely with the COO and other senior executives to ensure that the company’s operations are efficient and effective.
