Responsibilities: The International Account Manager is responsible for managing relationships with the company's international clients and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves handling key accounts, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for growth.


Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing relationships with the company's international clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  2. Handling key accounts and resolving any issues related to international sales.

  3. Identifying opportunities for growth and upselling products and services to existing clients.

  4. Collaborating with the international sales team to achieve sales targets.

  5. Maintaining accurate records of account activities and customer interactions.

  6. Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

  7. Preparing and presenting sales reports to the International Sales Manager. 

  8. Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and standards.

The International Account Manager will work closely with the International Sales Manager and other team members to ensure that account management activities are well-managed and aligned with the company's overall goals.
