Responsibilities: The HR Manager is responsible for managing the company’s HR activities and ensuring that they support the company’s business objectives. 

This role involves overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, and collaborating with other departments to achieve business goals. 


Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing the company’s HR activities and ensuring that they support business objectives.

  2. Overseeing HR operations and ensuring that HR processes are efficient and effective. 

  3. Developing and implementing HR strategies to support business growth.

  4. Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment with overall business strategies.

  5. Managing employee relations and ensuring a positive work environment.

  6. Providing regular HR reports to senior management.

  7. Managing relationships with external HR vendors and service providers.

  8. Staying up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

The HR Manager will work closely with the COO and other senior executives to ensure that the company’s HR activities are well-managed and aligned with its overall goals.
