Reporting to: Operations Manager. 


Responsibilities: The Facility Manager is responsible for managing the company’s facilities and ensuring that they are well-maintained and meet the needs of the business.

This role involves overseeing maintenance activities, managing facility projects, and ensuring that facilities are safe and compliant with regulations. 


Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing the maintenance and upkeep of the company’s facilities.

  2. Overseeing facility projects, such as renovations and expansions.

  3. Ensuring that facilities are safe and compliant with regulations.

  4. Managing relationships with facility service providers and contractors.

  5. Developing and implementing facility management policies and procedures.

  6. Conducting regular facility inspections and addressing any issues.

  7. Coordinating with other departments to ensure that facility needs are met. 

  8. Managing facility budgets and resources. 

The Facility Manager will work closely with the Operations Manager and other team members to ensure that the company’s facilities are well-maintained and meet the needs of the business.
