Responsibilities: The Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for managing employee relations and ensuring a positive work environment. This role involves resolving employee issues, managing conflict resolution, and collaborating with other departments to promote employee satisfaction.

Collaborating with other departments to promote employee satisfaction.
Conducting employee relations surveys and assessments.
Providing regular employee relations reports to the HR Manager.
Staying up-to-date with the latest employee relations trends and best practices.
Providing support to the HR Manager and other team members.
The Employee Relations Specialist will work closely with the HR Manager and other team members to ensure that employee relations activities are well-managed and aligned with the company’s overall goals.
