Reporting to: HR Manager. 


Responsibilities: The Compensation and Benefits Specialist is responsible for managing the company’s compensation and benefits programs and ensuring that they are competitive and aligned with business objectives. 

This role involves developing compensation strategies, managing benefits programs, and collaborating with other departments to meet employee needs. 


Key responsibilities include: 

  1. Managing the company’s compensation and benefits programs and ensuring that they are competitive and aligned with business objectives. 

  2. Developing and implementing compensation strategies to attract and retain talent. 

  3. Managing benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits. 

  4. Collaborating with other departments to meet employee needs. 

  5. Conducting compensation and benefits surveys and benchmarking. 

  6. Providing regular compensation and benefits reports to the HR Manager. 

  7. Staying up-to-date with the latest compensation and benefits trends and best practices. 

  8. Providing support to the HR Manager and other team members. 

The Compensation and Benefits Specialist will work closely with the HR Manager and other team members to ensure that the company’s compensation and benefits activities are well-managed and aligned with its overall goals.
